Our client is one of Europe’s largest B2B specialist service organisations, providing support to their customers in over 20 European countries. As a result of significant growth and acquisitions, they are now seeking a HR leader for their UK and Ireland operation.
Reporting to the CPO and and UK CEO, you will work alongside senior stakeholders to develop and deliver a best in class HR service to build capabilities across the organisation that ensure the business is in a robust position for future growth. Managing a small HR team, you will work closely with senior leaders on M&A activity and integrating newly acquired businesses, while driving employee engagement and delivering initiatives around culture, talent, performance, capability to ultimately build an environment that enables employees to grow.
With experience of working in multi site, B2B Manufacturing or Distribution environments, you have a successful track record of building highly effective collaborative relationships across all levels and business functions, and of confidently leading business growth and integration.
